Shipping

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 3–7 business days. International delivery times vary by destination and typically take 7–21 business days.

Shipping rates are shown at checkout. Australian orders over the free-shipping threshold ship free.

Returns

If a book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days for books in new, unused condition. Return postage is at the customer's expense.

Consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
